I have gone over my bandwidth quota/limit
Solution
When your go over your bandwidth quota limit your account will be automaticly suspended. If your account has been suspended you will need to submit a new support ticket to our support department. We can offer you the following solutions:
- Hosting account upgrade for a plan with an increased monthly bandwidth quota. (Recommended)
- Bandwidth upgrade for your existing account.
Once your account has been altered the suspension will be removed from your account. Your account quota is reset on the 1st of each Month.
If you receive an email warnings that your account has reached 80% of it's monthly bandwidth limit, These emails must not be ignored as they are to warn you before that your account will be suspended. We recommend you contact us to discues a better account or bandwidth solution for you.
Not all our servers are able to send out warning emails. We recommend you keep a close eye on your bandwidth stats if you are unsure.
