You can transfer your Domain name to intelliServe for free.  If you domain is not a New Zealand TLD (.NZ) then you may be required to pay a domain renewal fee. Typically this is $44+GST for .com, .biz, .net  This will allow us to transfer and extend your domain by one year.

For .NZ New Zealand domain names we will require the UDAI (Unique Domain Authentication ID). If you don't have the UDAI, your old registrar is obliged to make it available to you promptly upon request. Please note that transferring your domain name does not necessarily absolve you of any contractual obligations you may have entered into with your old registrar

If you wish to transfer a Top Level Domains (TLD - .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ)  you would need to unlock your domain name to allow transfer. This will then allow us to send a transfer request to the admin contact of the domain name. Once the domain name transfer has been approved the domain will be transfered to us to manage for you.
